June 2015 - June 2016 Forbes Top 100 Highest Paid Celebrities in the World

Taylor Swift  is the world’s highest paid entertainer earning $170 million in 2015 alone from her 1989 album. This  puts her ahead of Adele who is in 9th position with $80 million and Beyonce’ in 34th place with $54 million.
This is based on Forbes list of 100 highest paid celebrities for June 2015 to June 2016.

Taylor owes this latest feat to her highly successful 1989 album releases in 2015. The country singer turned pop singer 1989 world tour alone earned her over 200 million dollars.

She is trailed in second place by One Direction with earnings of $110 million. Forbes concludes that the boy band earns more than any other active band.

Kim Kardashian is named the mobile mogul with $51 million earnings. 40% of this is from her mobile game.

Forbes says its “figures are based on number from Nielsen, Pollstar, Box Office Mojo, Songkick and IMDB, as well as interviews with industry insiders and many of the stars themselves.”

Author James Patterson earns $95 million to taking the No. 3 spot. Cristiano Ronaldo of Real Madrid and Dr. Phil McGraw of Dr. Phil Tv show both took the 4th position with $88 million.

Comedian Kevin Hart is in 6 position $87 million. Lionel Messi is in 8 position with 81 million earnings.

Boxing super start Floyd Mayweather’s earnings of %44 million puts him in the 54 position.
